01Is Between Us therapy?
No. Between Us is a conversation and reflection tool. It is not medical care, couples therapy, crisis support, or a promise of a particular relationship outcome.
02Can anyone at Between Us read our conversation?
The launch standard is that nobody at Between Us can view or retrieve conversations through product or support systems. The paid launch is gated on verifying that behavior end to end.
03Is conversation content anonymous?
No. Account identifiers are designed to be removed before analysis, but the words people speak may contain names, places, health details, or other identifying information.
04Why do Deepgram and Anthropic process content?
Deepgram is planned for transcription and diarization. Anthropic is planned for structured analysis. Between Us is designed not to retain the audio or transcript after processing.
05When will the Mac app be available?
There is no public launch date yet. The Mac app is first, and iPhone and iPad support is planned later without a promised date.
06What will it cost?
The launch plan is two free conversations per verified couple, each up to one hour. After that, $20 per couple each month includes four recorded hours, with additional time planned at $5 per hour. No purchase is available today.
